Work has officially begun on our forthcoming Worthington project, which we have formally named The Heights at Worthington Place.
Site preparation for The Heights began in mid-September by Crawford Hoying affiliate companyBrackett Builders. Actual groundbreaking is imminent for both structures, with the first building scheduled to arrive in late Q3, 2014. The first building to open will make available 59 apartment homes. Construction of the second building will be wrapping up shortly thereafter, bringing another 141 apartment homes and over 23,000 sf of commercial office space. We will be updating the project page with new information as it comes available during the construction process. Check back often for updated images as we will also feature daily time-lapse photos from the construction site.
