Charles Simon is the founding partner at JACKS Investments LLC. Since 1995 JACKS Investments has been actively investing in regional distribution businesses along with commercial and residential real estate ventures. Charles is a partner and board member at Crawford Hoying, The Simon Group and Simco Realty.

Charles Simon most recently was the CEO and founder of FCX Performance and is actively involved in all facets of the company’s operations as vice chairman of the company.

Mr. Simon founded Simco Controls, a predecessor to the current FCX business in 1984. He is a recognized leader in the specialty process flow control industry with over 27 years of industry experience. Prior to founding Simco, he spent two years at a flow control distributor where he held sales and management positions.

Since 1998, Charlie has been instrumental in the internal growth of FCX as well as the execution of 13 acquisitions that have dramatically expanded both the geographic reach and solutions capabilities of the company. FCX Performance now has 60+ locations and revenues of 550million.
